3. Payment Terms
Payment Schedule: To initiate services, a deposit of 30% of the total project cost is required upon acceptance of the provided quote. The remaining balance is due upon the successful completion of the project, before final handover.
Accepted Methods of Payment: We accept multiple forms of payment for your convenience, including cash, major credit and debit cards, and bank transfers. Payments can be made in person at the time of service or through our secure online payment portal.
Late Payments: Timely payments are essential for the smooth progression of your landscaping project. Late payments may result in a 5% surcharge of the outstanding amount per week of delay. Continued non-payment may lead to suspension of services until the account is settled.

4. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. To accommodate our clients, we have established a flexible cancellation policy:
- Cancellations: Clients may cancel their scheduled services by providing at least 48 hours notice prior to the appointment. Cancellations made within this timeframe incur no fees.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the total service cost, covering administrative expenses and lost scheduling opportunities.
- Rescheduling: We offer the flexibility to reschedule services, subject to availability. Clients are encouraged to reschedule rather than cancel when possible to avoid fees.
- No-Shows: Failure to appear for a scheduled service without prior notification may result in a no-show fee equivalent to the cost of the service.

5. Liability and Insurance

Third-Party Services: Should our services require the involvement of third-party suppliers or contractors, Landscapers Peckham assumes no responsibility for their actions, performance, or compliance with contractual obligations.
6. Health and Safety
